Conditions

• Education : Graduated from a 4-year university and majored in IT/SW
• Experience : A Vietnamese SW developer who has been working at a company for more than 2 years
• People : 25

Experience Fields

• Bigdata, AI, Computer Vision
• Android, Iphone app development
• Web development (Java servlet, PHP)

Submission of documents (Documents written in English or Korean)

• Resume (Description of academic background, work experience, family relationship, etc.)
• University graduation certificate, transcript (English)
• Portfolio (Description of major projects and roles in which you have recently participated)
• Introduction letter (description of motivation, etc.)

• 31/06/2022 (can be closed early if there are many applicants)

Training contents

Korean language (while working in Vietnam)

• Period : 2 hours a day for 5 months (5 days a week or less) Korean language education
• Hours : Training hours: Weekdays, Saturdays: 2 hours between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Goal : Korean TOPIK level 2 or higher

Korea SW development training (trained after entering Korea)

• Period : 2 months after entering Korea
• Contents : SW development project based training, Korean workplace manners training, Korean culture training
• Address : Room 201, Jukdong-ro 73, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, South Korea

Job placement conditions

Region : South Korea

• Priority 1 : Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon and Daejeon
• Priority 2 : Other Chungcheong Province

Annual Salary (will be pay depending on individual skill)

• Class S: more than 55 million won
• Class A: 45~55 million won
• Class B: 35~45 million won
• Class C: 25~35 million won

Working hours per a week

• Basic : 40 hours
• Overtime : 12 hours (overtime pay will be paid)

Flexible work day

• 4 consecutive days off in 2 weeks for visiting Vietnam (Generally 2 days off in a week)

2022 (in Vietnam)

• 10/06 ~ 30/06 : Application submission
• 10/06 ~ 30/06 : Payment for Application fee (Invoice will be issued)
• 01/07 ~ 10/07 : Screening of documents and interview
• 01/07 ~ 15/07 : Payment for training fee
• 15/07 ~ 15/11 : Korean language training (5 months)
• 15/11 ~ 30/11 : Preparing Korean employment documents
• 01/11 ~ 31/12 : Korean visa application (tourist visa)

2023 (in Korea)

• 01/01 ~ 28/02: Korea SW Training
• 01/03 ~ 30/08: Korean company job placement (documents and interview, etc.)
• After returning to Vietnam, getting a work visa and re-entering Korea

Fee and mid-term return

Total Fee

• 8.1 million won

Included

• Document screening, interview screening
• Korean language training(5 moths)
• Staying in Korea (2 months accommodation and SW training)
• Lunch and dinner on training day (2 months)

Fee payment

• Application fee : 100,000 won (at the time of application)
• Training fee : 8,000,000 won (before Korean language training)

Fee Refund

• Condition : Problem with VISA for Korea
• Refund : 5,500,000 won

Job placement and management supports

Job palcement support

• A job placement in a Korean company that can issue a legal visa
• Trainee must work for the company according to the decision of the training company
• Salary negotiations with companies
• VISA : E-7 (F-3 VISA will be issued for your immediate family)

Management support (for 3~5 years)

• Counseling on living, labor, housing in Korea
• Supporting to visit Vietnam (One time/two months Vietnam air ticket or ticket fee 200,000 won)

Fee (for jobplacement and management support)

• Trainee have to pay the training company 12% of salary every month
